Some remote areas may not be serviceable. In such cases, our team will contact you for alternate solutions.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural calamities, or other unforeseen reasons. We will keep you updated in such cases.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is returned due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

In case of missed deliveries, the courier will attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
